Classic Margherita Pizza
Ingredients:
- Pizza dough
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 200g fresh mozzarella, sliced
- Fresh basil leaves
- Olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out pizza dough.
- Spread tomato sauce evenly.
- Add mozzarella slices and basil leaves.
- Drizzle olive oil.
- Bake 10-12 minutes until crust is golden and cheese melts.

Lemon Herb Baked Cod
Ingredients:
- 2 cod fillets
- 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Herbs of choice
Instructions:

- Bake 20 min.
- Serve hot.
